Just like healthy eating or exercise, Mindapples wants to build a popular culture of taking care of your mind and make doing this easy and accessible for everyone. The Mindapples organisation was founded in 2008, asking everyone to share what they do to look after their minds. This was focussed on public benefit through engagement and education projects, and equipping organisations with "Wellbeing toolkits". Mindapples continues to go from strength to strength with the release of the new Mindapples App to deliver valuable and transformative content.
